Lemon-Dill Tuna Salad - Healthy: Yum-E!
2 t. fresh dill
2 T. red onion, diced
2 t. fresh lemon juice
pinch lemon zest
1/4 t. pepper
pinch crushed red pepper (optional)
1 T. light sour cream
1 T. light mayonnaise
1 t. dijon mustard
Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve.
Easy. Breezy. Healthy. Yum-E.
